Cancellation & Refund Policy

The airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies. Your prepaid booking may be changed or cancelled, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee, which could be as much as the total cost of the reservation. You will be charged the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees if you don't cancel or modify your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the airline you booked, which varies by airline and is typically 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of travel. You consent to paying any fees associated with changes or cancellations. As stated in the terms and conditions for the ticket booking, certain airlines, in specific circumstances, do not authorise modifications to or cancellations of reservations after they have been made. You accept that your paid bookings are subject to the Terms of Use. Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Mrihaktravels receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Mrihaktravels paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee. Whether or not the User has used Mrihaktravels' services, Mrihaktravels is not liable for any problems, including difficulties with travel, resulting from visa requirements and is also not obligated to refund any money to the User for being unable to use the booking due to absence or denial of a visa. Refunds, if any, will be made in accordance with the relevant booking conditions and cancellation policy.
